The River Performance Troupe
The River Performance Troupe kicked off its third season of performances in the community in September. Students with an interest in musical theatre have shared their love of song and dance at many venues in and around Houston since its inception in 2008 and look forward to more of the same during the 2011 – 2012 season. Troupe members have a tremendous opportunity to work with professionals from Theatre Under The Stars and Academy members from its Humphrey School of Musical Theatre. Troupe members are learning lyrics and choreography from Theatre Under The Stars' Manager of Community Outreach Rozie Curtis and her Assistant Teacher Katie Tidwell.
