The River Center
ProgramsSaturday Morning Program

The Saturday Morning Program offers weekly one-hour classes from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during the school year at the City of Houston Multi-Service Center. Enrollment is by age and is limited to ensure that each student receives the attention necessary to participate to their fullest potential. A variety of classes in music, acting, art and dance are offered. Each class has a teaching artist, a teacher’s aid, and volunteers as needed to assist students. At the end of each semester, all students perform in a recital on the stage in the gymnasium. The students are filled with joy, excitement and confidence and shine on stage!
